Ordering Information
Orders are accepted from qualified promotional products distributors only.
- When submitting a purchase order, please be sure to indicate if a proof is needed.
- Email your purchase order to orders@feypromo.com
- E-mail your production ready artwork to artwork@feypromo.com and include the P.O # in the subject line.
- Order acknowledgements and shipping notifications are sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the purchase order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled with written authorization prior to imprinting or production. All applicable charges incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced with a minimum charge of $60.00 (G).
Orders on-hold beyond thirty (30) days with no response are subject to cancellation.
Order Changes
Due to the velocity in our production facility, we can make product and artwork changes to orders only up until art is completed and the order is released to production. We can make changes to the shipping address and ship via up until the scheduled ship date.
Order Minimums

Combined Pricing
When ordering a combination of different items, pricing cannot be combined.
Production Time
For production lead times on catalog quantities, please refer to the web page for the specific product. All lead times for catalog quantities are after approval of all proofs, credit, etc. Lead times are for catalog quantities and are subject to change. Can also contact Customer Service Team for additional information at customerservice@feypromo.com.
Rush Orders
Every effort will be made to accommodate rush orders; however, courier and expediting charges may apply.
Contact factory for availability of Rush Orders. Fee for rush order is $150.00 (G).
Assorted Product Colors
Assorted product colors are available at no charge for up to four colors with no imprint color change. Each color must meet the catalog minimum order quantity for the product. Please note that imprint, artwork, and decoration method cannot vary. Unable to assort within the same shipping box.
Over-Runs/Under-Runs
All orders are subject to ship 5% over/under the qty ordered except for paper presentation folders. These are subject to 10% overs/unders. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped. Orders requiring exact quantity will be billed $50.00(G).
Exact Quantity
Orders requiring exact amount will be billed $50.00 (G). Exact quantity is not available on custom items or paper presentation folders.
Increase of Order Quantities
We will try to accommodate increases in order quantities. Once production has begun, any increase will be treated as a separate order and billed accordingly.
Product Tolerances
Our products may vary in size up to 1/4" in any direction from the published product size.
Blank Products
Blank products are available for in-stock finished goods, and the lead time for blank product will match that of the imprinted product. Minimum blank order charge is $75.00 (X) and priced NQP. Blank product orders are priced at NQP (Next Quantity Pricing), and total order value must reach a minimum of $75.00 (X). Less than minimum orders will not be accepted.
Decoration Method
We reserve the right to substitute decoration method(s) for similar and/or improved method(s) where and/or when our processes require, with or without customer notification. This is in effort to provide the highest quality decoration in the most expeditious way possible.
Random Samples
Random samples are available at no charge on items with a $10.00 or less last column catalog price (shipping number required).
Random samples requested of items greater than $10.00 last column catalog price will be invoiced the net EQP price (shipping costs may apply).
Individual Poly Bagging
Poly bagging of individual products is $.26 (G) per product for catalog quantities. Products currently with individually poly bagging as standard packaging will not have an additional charge.
Master Poly Bagging
Poly bagging of more than one of the same product in a single bag is $.17 (G) per product inserted in the bag, for catalog quantities. Please contact factory for pricing if polybag is to include a mix of colors or a mix of products.
Variable Data (Personalization or Consecutive Numbering)
Variable Data is available on all Ampli-Fey™ Digital Full-Color printed products(one side only).
- Send list in Excel spreadsheet or tab-delimited text file. Include font, size, color and exact location of personalization. Each column is equal to a line of personalization.
- Personalization will be printed exactly as submitted. Example: ALL CAPS or Upper/Lower Case.
- Due to manufacturing process, a potential loss of up to 3% may occur. Balance of order will be shipped in blanks so that any missing data can be later handwritten.
- If you would like your order printed and packaged in a specific sequence/order, please specify this on purchase order and build file with an appropriate sort; alphabetical, zip-code sequence, etc. Additional charges may apply. Bulk packed. Contact factory for more information.
- Variable Data (Personalization): Minimum is $50.00 (X). Office Products: $2.31 (G) per name. Paper Products: $0.07 (C) per piece.
- Variable Data (Consecutive Numbering): Wristlok™ Tabbers™: Additional Run charge $.22 (C) per unit (Number in black only). Tokens: Additional Run charge $.43 (C) per unit. Set-Up charge: $30.00 (G)
Food Contact Products
We recommend washing any/all items which may come into contact with food or be used for food preparation prior to use.
Outdoor Use Magnets
Full color outdoor magnet imprints are guaranteed for a period of three months. Screen printed outdoor product imprints are guaranteed for a period of twelve months. We recommend 30 mil magnet material of at least 24 sq. inches or larger for vehicle use.
Components
Purchase of components is no longer available. Due to supply chain constraints all components will only be available for purchase as a finished (decorated or non-decorated) product.
Credit Card Payments
Effective November 24, 2025, a surcharge of 3.00% of the total payment amount will be applied to all credit card transactions. Payments made via ACH, wire transfer, check, credit memos, or other accepted payment methods will not incur a service fee.

We reserve the right to use any products we produce in our advertising unless you specify otherwise in writing at the time of the order. The imprints shown in this catalog are the property of the organizations they represent. They are intended to illustrate our capabilities, are are not an indication of any endorsement. All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars.
As part of our commitment to service excellence we inspect all outgoing orders. However, product and decoration should be inspected for quality and accuracy upon delivery. Requests for replacements and/or refunds will not be reviewed or authorized if more than 30 days after shipment.
Shipping Information
Shipping and Freight Claims
Fey Promo ships according to the instructions provided on your purchase order and works closely with our shipping partners to meet requested delivery dates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, transit times are ultimately controlled by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control. As such, we cannot be held liable for carrier-related delays, whether domestic or international. International shipments require a third-party shipping account, and the account holder is responsible for customs, compliance, duties, taxes, and related fees. Not all products are eligible for international shipping. Please contact customer service to confirm availability. Orders may ship early unless a "Do Not Ship Early" request is included on the purchase order.
Drop Shipments
Drop Shipments are products shipping to Multiple addresses from one order.
A charge of $20.00 (G) will apply for each address beyond the first. Minimum quantity per address is ½ of minimum catalog quantity of the product. Drop Shipment form must be completed before the order can be processed. Lead time begins after the order is processed. Individual dropship shipping expenses will be invoiced per location at the standard daily published rates as applicable.
If copy change and dropship are combined, contact factory for pricing.
Split Shipments
Split Shipments are repeat orders shipped over multiple days.
Split shipments must arrive on one purchase order and all future ship dates must occur within a six month period.
Shipping Methods
Unless you provide specific instructions, we will select a carrier. We can only assure date of shipment, but cannot be held responsible for arrival date.
International Shipping
International Shipping documentation fee is $60.00 (G) per order.
Special Shipping Instructions
Special mailing labels, packaging requirements and shipping services will add to the published lead times and additional charges may apply.
Returns
Prior to return, all merchandise requires a written authorization in order to be eligible for credit. First quality, blank merchandise returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be sent freight prepaid within 60 days of original shipment.
